• Q4 2008 Free agent technical guys decide to form a skunk works type team and explore building a process Raman spectrometer
• Q1 2009 First round investors begin discussions with future CEO to fund these activities toward a commercial end
• Q2 2009 Company formed and prototype development begins, some contributors still holding full time jobs at other companies
• Q3 2009 Prototype development completed with impressive results as quantifiable levels below 1% for common industry compounds are documented
• Q4 2009 Partnership evaluations and additional market exploration under way, alpha stage project definition and preparation, second round financing preparation occurs
• Q1 2010 Alpha design underway, partnership agreements begin negotiations, discussions with second round investors begin
• Q2 2010 Alpha build underway, project planning for remainder of 2010 is integrated, fund raising starts
